Sylvan Software Returns Policy
Sylvan Software offers a 21 day money back guarantee on software programs on CD-Rom
purchased directly from Sylvan Software, that do not include any hardware as part
of the package with the exception of Olympus software.
There are no refunds on downloaded software. We encourage you to take advantage of the demo before you make a download purchase.
Be sure to check the system requirements and compatibility for the product you are ordering. Not all products are compatible with Word 2013 or Windows 8 at this time.
Incorrect or insufficient addresses such as incorrect zip code, lack of Apt or Suite numbers etc. which result in additional UPS shipping charges for address corrections, will be billed to Customer. All order cancellations must be made by phone, before time of shipping. If you refuse your package upon delivery or your package is returned to us by UPS for any reason, you will be charged any and all undeliverable package fees incurred by UPS. Sylvan Software will not be held responsible for any items lost or stolen from your door.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number. A 15% restock fee applies to all returned items or a minimum of $5.00 which ever is greater. Please contact us at info@sylvansoft.com to request an RMA number.
No return on hardware items or packages that include a hardware item.
We warranty
hardware items for 30 days against defects.
All returns must display the RMA# on the outside of the package.
Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. RMAs are valid only during 21 days from the order date. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Sylvan Software .
If you return Product to Sylvan Software without an RMA from Sylvan Software or beyond the 21 day period, or without proper packaging, Sylvan Software retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a larger restocking fee.
