Comprising of a footswitch, headset and DSS Player Pro transcription software, the AS-4000 Transcription Kit makes typing up dictation easy. The transcription software module in particular helps streamline every aspect of the process. For example, in and out trays facilitate document management while job status information (finished, pending, cancel job) gives you an immediate overview. The automation of work processes such as the receipt and redirection of dictations to corresponding in-trays via FTP, POP3, STMP or network is also possible. Designed for use with DS-4000.

Olympus AS-2300 Digital Transcription Kit
The AS-2300 kit is ideal for transcription of digitally recorded documents. DSS Player software is used to download DSS files from your Olympus DS or DM series digital recorder. The RS-25 Footpedal will control playback of the file. The stereo headset connects to your computer’s soundcard to privately listen to the playback of the files rather than through speakers that could disturb others.

Olympus TP-7 Telephone Pick-up
The TP-7 is a supersensitive microphone for telephone conferencing. Just plug it into the "MIC" jack of your recorder, and put the earphone side into your ear. When speaking on the telephone, the TP-7 will capture both sides of the conversation for recording on your voice recorder. Frequency is 50 - 20,000 Hz.
It plugs into a 3.5 mm monaural jack and comes with 2 plug adapters to convert either to 3.5 mm stereo plug or to a 2.5 mm monaural plug.

Olympus RS-27
The PC footswitch RS-27 can be connected to your PC either via USB or serial port. It allows typists the hands free controlling of the DSS Player Pro Transcription software. In connection with DS-4000 and DS-3300 and its docking station the footswitch RS-27 further permits hands free dictation.
