Overview
CyberPlayer is the most advanced PC based transcriber you can buy. It was developed by a company with over Ninety years of experience in dictation and transcription. By using CyberPlayer to transcribe your digital files, you position yourself to be able to transcribe the widest selection of file formats. CyberPlayer works with CyberRecorder and with CyberSynch to send your files securely.

Features

• Multiple file types: CyberPlayer will play nearly all types of digital files including .wav, .MP3, True Speech, Vox and others. The perfect solution for transcribing files from many portable digital recorders including the Philips DPM series I and II, Olympus digital recorders, UHER DH-10, Voice IT 3200 and of course our very own dictation software CyberRecorder.
  
• Mobile Licensing Technology: CyberPlayer includes a HASP key which is a USB plug that inserts directly into one of your computer’s existing USB ports. This can ensure that only authorized users have access to the software. During the development process, our staff discovered that our clients could not only benefit from the HASP key’s added security that HIPAA is now enforcing, but this also enables users to move the software from their office desktop computer to their laptop when traveling, with only one software license. What does this mean for you? Freedom! Privacy! and Simplicity!
• Automatic File Movement: CyberPlayer allows you to Auto-select dictation files from designated directory and Auto-move files to selectable directory once typed. Automatically moves typed document to a designated location on your PC or network. CyberPlayer's Transport Daemon can also be configured to automatically monitor up to Five Internet FTP server directories and transfer the files to your PC in the background while you are typing.
• Volume, Tone and Speed controls from mouse or keyboard shortcuts along with adjustable Rewind/Fast Forward and selectable Auto-Back Space give you full control of your voice files.
• 24 customizable keyboard short cuts: “hot keys” allow for quick and easy control of the audio file from the keyboard. Includes; bookmark, end, fast forward, pause, play, speed up, speed down, volume down, volume up and many more.
• Hands-free Design: CyberPlayer is bundled with your choice of a USB or Serial three function foot control for traditional hands-free operation.
• Bookmark – enables users to mark where in the audio file they have stopped or need to take special note. Users can also remove the bookmark when finished.
• Advanced Worklist Window – includes the Current File List, Transcribed File List and Archived File List windows. The Current File List displays new jobs and work in progress. Once the files are completed, they automatically move to the Transcribed File List, then the Archived File List so you have your most current transcribe files on-hand. The Worklist displays detailed information on the audio file. At a single glance you can view the File Name, File Size, Creation Date and Time, Author ID, Author Name, Subject ID, Department, Location, Account Number, Priority, File Type, Barcode and Text Note. You may also print this information to keep in client folders.
  
• Audio Notes – when using a digital handheld recorder or CyberRecorder to create an audio note, the audio file and audio
  note are merged into one file ensuring all audio is ready for transcription.
• Session reports detailing all transcriptions completed are a snap to generate with CyberPlayer.
• CyberPlayer works with your Email service by having the voice files transferred to your PC by Email.
• Drag-n-Drop feature allows you to move the files directly into CyberPlayer and you are ready to transcribe.

If your needs include secure 128-bit file encryption, our CyberSynch File Transfer Utility offers secure transmission over your network or on the Internet without the involvement of a third party.

Some supplied CODECs only allow recording but not playback without special licensing. All formats depend on required CODECs being installed on your computer and valid decompression header information contained within the file. Sony MSV & DVF supported with Sony's CODEC.
